地铁车辆高压电器箱的设计与结构仿真 被引量:2

摘要 高压电器箱的设计需要考虑电气功能与安装维修的便利性,还需对箱体的疲劳寿命进行校核。以地铁牵引系统用高压电器箱为例,介绍电气原理与功能、关键器件选型与计算、内部器件布置和对外连接,并运用ANSYS软件进行了随机振动疲劳寿命分析,试验验证了仿真结果的准确性。研究方法与结果对高压电器箱的产品开发有一定的指导意义。 The electrical function,the convenience of installation and reparation,and the fatigue life should to be considered in design work for high voltage electric box.Taking a high voltage electric box of metro vehicle as an example,the principle and function of the product,the selection and calculation of key devices,internal layout and external connection of the product were introduced.The random vibration analysis was carried out by using ANSYS software and then the accuracy of the simulation result was verified by experiment.Research methods and results could be drawn to support guiding significance of product development for high voltage electrical box.
