摘要
随着城市轨道交通建设的快速发展,为乘客提供便捷性和安全性的乘车环境越来越重要,本文以车站的系统绝缘设计要求为出发点,对城市轨道交通屏蔽门系统的绝缘接地进行了详细分析,对站台层绝缘设置与钢轨电位限制装置(OVPD)之间的关系进行了研究,在此基础上进行了新型的智能钢轨电位限制装置设计,该装置不仅实现了动作时间为nS级,且有效减少了钢轨电位限制装置动作次数,较好地解决了屏蔽门系统的站台绝缘,从而为地铁安全运营提供保障。并于2012年应用于台湾地铁内湖线,安全稳定运行至今。
With the rapid development of Urban Transit,it was more and more important to provide convenience,safety and riding environment for passengers.This paper was started from the requirement of system insulating design,analyzed the insulated grounding of Platform Screen Door System in detail,and the relationship between the insulated installment and the over-voltage protection (OVPD) was studied,and a new type of intelligent rail OVPD device was designed.The device not only implemented the movement time and the action time for class ns,but also reduced the action times,as well as provided protection for the safe operation.The new type of OVPD was put into operation at Neihu subway project in Taiwan,and the operation has been safe and reliable up to now.
