鼻内镜结合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉病的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Nasal Endoscopy Combined with Glucocorticoid on the Treatment of Nasal Polyps

目的:分析鼻内镜结合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉的临床效果。方法:选择我院自2013年2月至2014年2月期间收治的86例,将其平均分为观察组和对照组,两组患者各43例,对照组行鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组行鼻内镜结合糖皮质激素治疗,观察和统计两组患者的治疗效果及生活质量。结果:观察组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜结合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉的临床效果显著,有效改善了患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To analysis the clinical effect of nasal endoscopy combined with glucocorticoid on the treatment of nasal polyps. Methods 86 patients in our hospital from 2013 February to 2014 February were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group underwent nasal endoscopic operation treatment and the observation group was treated with nasal endoscopic therapy combined with glucocorticoid. Results The cure effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P 0.05）, and the quality of life of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group（ P 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of nasal endoscopic combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of nasal polyps can significantly, effectively improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of promotion
