正畸与修复联合应用在成人牙齿错治疗中的临床疗效观察

Observation of the Clinical Curative Effect of Orthodontic Treatment Combined with Restorative on Adult Teeth Malocclusion

目的:分析正畸与修复联合应用在成人牙齿错治疗中的临床疗效。方法:选取成人牙齿错患者86例,随机分为两组,对照组42例展开正畸治疗,观察组44例应用正畸与修复联合治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率及患者对治疗效果的满意率均显著高于对照组。结论:正畸与修复联合应用在成人牙齿错治疗中具有显著疗效,患者满意度高,值得在临床中推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of treatment of orthodontic combined with restorative on adult teeth malocclusion. Methods 86 patients with adult teeth malocclusion were randomly divided into two groups, 42 cases of the control group were treated with orthodontic treatment, 44 cases of the observation group were given the treatment of orthodontic combined with restorative. The curative effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and the satisfactory rate of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of combined application of orthodontic and repair on adult teeth malocclusion is significant, with high patient satisfaction, which is worthy to be promoted in clinical.
