椎间植骨椎弓根内固定治疗腰椎退行性病变的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析椎间植骨椎弓根内固定治疗腰椎退行性病变临床效果。方法:随机选取我院收治的52例腰椎退行性病变患者,均给予椎间植骨椎弓根内固定治疗,分析其治疗效果。结果:52例患者治疗优良率为96.2%,随访1年,无螺钉松动及断裂情况;椎间植骨融合率为100%;椎间隙高度提高2.0-6.5 mm;腰椎前凸角增加2-12(o)。结论:椎间植骨椎弓根内固定治疗腰椎退行性病变具有显著疗效,可明显恢复患者脊柱的生理弧度,增强患者腰椎的稳定性,值得临床推广。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intervertebral bone graft and pedicle screw fixation on patients with lumbar degenerative disease. Methods 52 cases of lumbar degenerative disease patients in our hospital were randomly selected and treated with interbody fusion and pedicle screw fixation. Results The excellent and good rate of 52 patients was 96.2 %. After following- up for 1 year, the interbody fusion rate was 100 % with no screw loosening and breakage, and the height of intervertebral space increased 2.0 - 6.5 mm, while lumbar lordosis angle increased 2 - 12(°). Conclusion The therapy of lumbar interbody fusion and pedicle screw fixation for lumbar degenerative disease has significant curative effect, physiological radian, and can enhance the stability of lumbar spine, it is worth of the clinical promotion.
