左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗无排卵性功血的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Levonorgestrel Releasing Intrauterine System on the Treatment of Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的:观察无排卵性功血采用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统临床治疗效果。方法:随机选取无排卵性功血患者60例,按门诊单双号分为A、B两组。给予A组患者去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗,给予B组患者左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗,对比临床治疗效果。结果:A、B两组之间对比,B组患者月经量评分更低,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、B两组患者肝、肾等重要器官未见明显不良反应,但乳房胀痛、恶心发生率对比差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无排卵性功血采用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗安全实效,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect for anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding by levonorgestrel- releasing intrauterine system（LNG- IUS）. Methods 60 patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly selected and divided into two groups, A and B. The patients in group A were given desogestrel ethinylestradiol treatment, while the patients in group B were given levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine system. The clinical effects were compared and analyzed. Results No significant adverse reactions was observed in liver, kidney and other important organs. But the incidence rate of breast distending pain and nausea were observed with statistically significant differences between two groups（P 0.05）. The score of menstrual blood volume of group B was lower than that of group A with statistically significant rate difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine system treated for anovulation dysfunctional uterine bleeding is safety and effectiveness, worth of the clinical promotion.
