西安铁路局管内旅客列车坐式便器自动更换垫圈与纸质一次性垫圈卫生便捷使用效果调查

目的对西安铁路局管辖内的旅客列车纸质一次性垫圈使用现状进行卫生学调查研究,比对自动更换垫圈与纸质一次性垫圈的优劣、卫生状况和使用效果。方法根据《公共场所管理条例》的要求,对各种旅客列车一次性垫圈的结构、使用情况、卫生保持情况进行调查,并使用调查表对旅客进行问卷调查,验证舒适效果。结果三地不同高铁、特快、普通等级旅客列车和西安北客站软席候车室使用的坐式便器卫生指标存在明显差异性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过调查研究,自动更换垫圈与纸质一次性垫圈存在以下明显的优点:(1)自动更换垫圈隔离效果好,防水性能、细菌总数、大肠菌群明显优于纸质垫圈。(2)自动更换垫圈减少更换中的不便和工作量。(3)自动更换垫圈更加强调薄膜使用的一次性,接受程度高。(4)自动更换垫圈装置安装简单便捷。

Purpose： Conducting health science research on one time use of paper toilet seat cover;Comparing the advantages and disadvantages, health status and the using effect between automatic replacement of toilet seat cover and one time use of paper toilet seat cover, and to provide a scientific basis for future transformation of passenger train＇s seating toilet.Method： According to the requirements of ＂Public Places Regnlations＂,select 4 passenger trains among High Speed Rail, Express Train and Regular Train within Xi＇an Railway Bureau to do a survey to know the using effect of paper toilet seat cover, comparing with automatic replacement of plastic toilet seat cover used in Softseat Waiting Room of Xi＇ an North Railway Station and get to know its maintaining health situation.Results：There are significant differences between these two kinds of Toilet Seat Covers in Health Indica- tors. The difference is statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： After the research, we find out the automatic replacement of toilet seat cover have the following significant advantages comparing with the paper toilet seat cov- er. 1. It has good isolation, waterproof performance, total bacteria, coliform bacteria is significantly better than pa- per toilet seat cover; 2. It is more convenience and less work in changing; 3. It is more emphasis on one-time automatic replacement toilet seat cover film using and is highly acceptable. 4. It is easy and convenient to install automatic replacement of toilet seat cover device and it shows human services.
