近年来,随着医疗体制改革的不断深入,医院之间的医疗市场竞争日趋激烈。在医院的建设和发展过程中,医院文化发挥着越来越重要的作用,对职工的激励作用也进一步增强。因此,在现代医院管理中,要充分发挥文化品牌建设在人才激励机制中的作用。
With the deepening of healthcare reform,medical market is getting competitive and more so in recent years.Hospital culture is playing an increasingly important role during the development process of a hospital,leading to a positive stimulus to staff.Therefore,it is valuable to bring brand cultural construction into full play in motivation mechanism based on talents.
