基质金属蛋白酶-2、-9在子宫内膜异位症中的表达

Expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2,-9 in patients with endometriosis.

目的 :探讨子宫内膜异位症患者在位及异位子宫内膜中基质金属蛋白酶 2、 9(MMP 2 ,MMP 9)的表达特点及在子宫内膜异位症发病机制中的作用。方法 :采用免疫组化SP法分别测定子宫内膜异位症 30例 (研究组 )、子宫肌瘤 2 1例 (对照组 )增生期和分泌期子宫内膜MMP 2、MMP 9的表达强度。结果 :对照组增生期和分泌期腺上皮细胞及基质细胞内MMP 2、MMP 9的表达呈阶段依赖性 ,分泌期高于增生期。在整个月经周期中 ,研究组在位及异位内膜中MMP 2、MMP 9的表达均持续高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :MMP 2、MMP 9在子宫内膜的表达呈周期性变化 ,在位及异位内膜上MMP 2、MMP 9的持续过度表达可能与内异症的发生。

Objective:To explore the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase 2, 9 (MMP 2,MMP 9) in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium and their pathologicroles in endometriosis.Methods:Expressions of MMP 2,MMP 9 in endometrial tissues weremeasured using immunohistochemical identification.The subjects were divided into two groups:30 patients with endometriosis (study growp),and 21 patients with hysteromyoma (control group).Results: The expressions of MMP 2 and MMP 9 revealed phase dependent changes in the glandular epithelia and stromal cells during the menstrualcycle in the controls.The expression rates of MMP 2 and MMP 9 were higher in secretory phase than those in proliferative phase (P<0.05).The expressions of MMP 2 and MMP 9 in endometriosis were persistently stronger than those of control group throughout the menstrual cycle (P<0.01). Conclusions:Expressions of MMP 2 and MMP 9 change in a phase dependent manner during the menstrual cycle.The persistently exaggerated expressions of matrix MMP 2 and MMP 9 in the endometrium throughout the cycle mayhave some pathologic role in endometriosis.
