摘要
酒醋房是明洪武时期所设内廷供应机构之一,掌宫中各处所需酒醋酱菜等项承办事务。清承明制,隶内务府,并次第完善。至乾隆时期,酒醋房弊病丛生,各项传用成例渐失。乾隆二十四年发生的玉泉酒案促使乾隆开始整顿酒醋房事务并制定《酒醋房用度奏销定例》。四十三年,清廷将宫中年使用酒醋酱菜等物货币化,并制定《钦定宫中玉泉酒用项定例》。乾隆帝两次整顿酒醋房,意在撙节内廷用度、完善内廷管理,体现了其法祖"以俭治国"的政治理念。
The imperial office responsible for Liquor & Vinegar supply for the Imperial Palace was first established in Hongwu's period of the Ming dynasty. By the Qing period it kept working as one of the offices under the Imperial Department of Household following the Ming rules and regulations. But over centuries, many problems were arising from the rules that had never been readjusted and improved ever since, so much so that, Emperor Qianlong decided to put right the disorganized Liquor & Vinegar supply for the imperial palace with a series of more strict rules and regulations in the 24 th and 43 rd year of his regime successively in order to cut down the spending of Imperial Inner Court and strengthen the management of the Imperial Palace. Emperor Qianlong's actions to correct the bad tendencies of the Liquor & Vinegar Supply Office implied his notion of governing the state with industry and thrift following his ancestors.
