摘要
运动表象训练作为对运动员进行心理训练的重要手段之一,当今受到研究者的关注。其中关于表象训练神经机制的理论是研究最多的一部分,理论中主要强调大脑神经中枢的作用。在测验方法中,采用肌电图(EMG)记录活动肌肉放电情况,事件相关电位测验两种成分:P300和N400来测验运动员的认知水平,从而对表象训练产生的效果进行评价。
As one of the important means of mental training for athletes, motor imagery training caused the attention of researchers. The neural mechanism theory of imagery training occupies the most part, mainly emphasizes the function of brain nerve center in theory. The electromyography(EMG) was used to record muscles discharge, event related potential(ERP) was applied to determine two components(P300 and N400) to test the cognitive level of athletes and to evaluate the effect of imagery training.
