bFGF体外诱导大鼠BMSCs分化为心肌样细胞 被引量:1

摘要 心血管病严重危害人类健康,各种因素作用于心肌细胞均可引起不可逆性损伤,干细胞培养有望从根本上治疗这一疾病.骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BMSCs)具有强大增殖和分化能力,BMSCs在不同的诱导剂作用下可以向骨细胞、心肌细胞等分化[1].碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)具有激活心肌细胞增生的潜能,bFGF促进细胞增生的作用与其浓度有一定关系.本实验旨在用不同浓度bFGF对大鼠BMSCs 进行体外诱导,并探究其有效性,寻找最适浓度.
