踩跷治疗腰椎间盘突出症60例

Caiqiao Treating 60 Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的：观察踩跷法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例，治疗组用踩跷法治疗，对照组用常规推拿手法，比较两组效果。结果：3个疗程后两组患者总有效率比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05），但治疗组愈显率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：踩跷法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效显著，踩跷法渗透性强、镇痛作用独特，对腰椎间隙的挤压调节作用能有效降低椎间隙内压力。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Caiqiao treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with each of 60 cases, treatment group with treatment of Caiqiao, control group treated with conventional mas-sage, effects were compared between the two groups. Results：There was no significant difference in total effective rate of the two groups after treat-ment of 3 courses （P〉0.05）, but markedly effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical efficacy on Caiqiao treating lumbar disc herniation is significant, Caiqiao with strong permeability and unique analgesic effect, can effec-tively reduce the pressure of intervertebral space with the squeeze the adjustment impact of lumbar intervertebral space.
