推拿结合电针、TDP照射治疗第三腰椎横突综合征69例

Massage Combined with Electro-acupuncture and TDP Irradiation Treating 69 Cases of the Third Lumbar Vertebra Transverse Process Syndrome

目的：观察推拿结合电针、TDP照射治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的疗效。方法：69例第三腰椎横突综合征患者采取推拿、电针和TDP照射治疗，10次为一疗程，观察治疗效果。结果：治愈42例，好转26例，未愈1例，总有效率为98.5%。结论：推拿结合电针、TDP照射是治疗第三腰椎横综合征的有效方法。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of massage combined with electro-acupuncture and TDP irradiation treating the third lumbar ver-tebra transverse process syndrome. Methods： 69 cases of the third lumbar vertebra transverse process syndrome were treated with massage, elec-tro-acupuncture and TDP irradiation, 10 times were a course of treatment, the curative effect was observed. Results：42 cases were cured, 26 cases im-proved, 1 case ineffective, the total effective rate was 98.5%. Conclusion：Massage combined with electro-acupuncture and TDP irradiation is an ef-fective method for the third lumbar vertebra transverse process syndrome.
