推拿治疗小儿伤食泻48例临床分析

Clinical Analysis in Massage Treating 48 Cases of Pediatric Diarrhea Due to Improper Diet

目的：观察推拿手法治疗小儿伤食泻的疗效。方法：48例小儿伤食泻患者采用清胃经、补脾经、补肾经、逆运内八卦、取天河水、乾坎艮入虎口、下推七节骨及龟尾等推拿手法治疗，随症加减，观察临床疗效。结果：治愈44例，有效4例，无效0例，总有效率为100%。结论：推拿手法脾肾同调治疗小儿伤食泻疗效显著，安全可靠，值得推广。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of massage treating pediatric diarrhea due to improper diet. Methods：48 cases of infantile diar-rhea were treated with Qing-weijing, Bu-pijing, Bu-shenjing, Niyun-neibagua, Qu-tianheshui, Qiankangen-ruhukou, push qijiegu and guiwei and the like, with modification according to symptoms to observe the clinical efficacy. Results：44 cases were cured, 4 cases effective, none ineffective, the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion：Massage nursing spleen and kidney treating pediatric diarrhea due to improper diet is significantly effec-tive, safe and reliable, being worthy of promotion.
