穴位贴敷结合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

Clinical Research on Acupoint Dressing Therapy Combined with Acupuncture Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的：观察穴位贴敷结合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：神经根型颈椎病患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采取穴位敷贴配合针法治疗，对照采用针刺治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效及疼痛情况。结果：两组总有效率比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）；治疗2周后两组患者NPQ、NRS评分均较治疗前明显下降，且治疗组显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：穴位贴敷结合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病能有效镇痛，改善临床症状及体征。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint sticking therapy combined with acupuncture treating cervical spondylotic radiculop-athy. Methods：60 cases of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group adopted treatment of acupoint sticking therapy combined with acupuncture, control group treated with acupuncture, the clinical efficacy and pain of two groups were compared. Results：There was no significant difference in total efficiency of the two groups （P〉0.05）;after treatment of 2 weeks, NPQ and NRS score of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and treatment group was significantly lower than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupoint dressing therapy combined with acupuncture treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can be analge-sic effectively and improve clinical symptoms and signs.
