摘要
本文以加快创新驱动为着眼点,围绕重点项目进展,系统分析吉林省科技成果转化现状,针对产学研结合中存在的突出矛盾、相关关键环节的主要问题和制约因素,提出推进吉林省科技成果转化的对策建议。
In this paper, speeding up driven by innovation is objective point, and around the progress of the key project the work status of technological achievements transformation in Jilin province is analyzed systematically, aiming at contradictions, the key elements of the key issues and constraints in the integration of production and research, the suggestions of promoting scientific and technological achievements transformation is proposed in Jilin Province.
