CD44V6、HER2及Ki67在胃癌和癌旁组织中的表达及相关性分析

Expression and correlation analysis of CD44V6、HER2 and Ki67 in gastric cancer and adjacent tissues

目的探讨癌基因蛋白CD44V6、HER2、Ki67在胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达及相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学法分别检测CD44V6、HER2、Ki67在85例胃癌组织及41例癌旁组织中的表达,分析三者与胃癌临床病理学参数之间的关系,并比较三者有无相关性。结果 CD44V6、HER2、Ki67在胃癌中的表达高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义。CD44V6表达和胃癌肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期有关;HER2表达和胃癌的分化程度、组织类型及Lauren分型有关;Ki67高表达和肿瘤病理类型是否是腺癌及Lauren分型有关(均P<0.05),和分化程度有统计学意义的趋势(P=0.052)。胃癌组织中Ki67在HER2、CD44V6表达均阳性、HER2或CD446V6表达单一阳性及HER2、CD44V6表达均阴性三组中的表达量逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HER2、CD44V6表达与Ki67表达均呈正相关,CD44V6表达与HER2表达不相关。癌旁组织中三者表达不相关。结论 CD44V6、HER2、Ki67的表达与胃癌的发生发展及转移侵袭有关,CD44V6和HER2可能在胃癌的增殖过程中起协同作用。

Objective To study the expression and relationship of CD 44V6 ,HER2 and Ki67 in gastric cancer ,and explore their correlation with the clinical parameters .Methods Immunohistochemical staining （EnvisionTM ） was used to detect the CD44V6 ,HER2 and Ki67 expression in 85 gastric cancer tissues and 41 adjacent non-tumorous tissues .The association between CD44V6 ,HER2 and Ki67 expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed .The interrelationship of CD44V6 ,HER2 and Ki67 expression in the two gastric tissues was explored .Results The expression rate of CD44V6 ,HER2 and Ki67 in the gastric cancer tissues was significant higher than that in the adjacent non-tumorous tissues .The expression of CD44V6 was significantly related with tumor size ,depth of invasion and Lymph node metastasis ,pTNM classification （ P〈0.05）;HER2 expression was significantly related with differentiation status ,histological type and Lauren classification （ P〈0.05 ）;The high expression of Ki67 was significantly related with histological type and Lauren classification （ P〈0.05） .A statistically significant trend was also observed between Ki67 high expression and the differentiation status of gstric cancer tissues （ P=0.052） .Ki67 expression index in HER2 ,CD44V6 co -expression cases ,HER2 or CD44V6 expression cases and HER2 ,CD44V6 negative expression cases was gradually increased ,with significant differences （ P〈0.05 ） .HER2 ,CD44V6 expression and Ki67 expression was positively correlated ,CD44V6 expression and HER2 expression was not relevant .HER2 ,CD44V6 and Ki67 expression were irrelevant in the pericarcinous tissue .Conclusion CD44V6 ,HER2 and Ki67 expression may be relevant with the progression and metastasis of gastric cancer .CD44V6 and HER2 may have a synergistic effect to jointly promote the proliferation of gastric cancer .
