术前鼻-牙槽塑形矫治器矫治对单侧完全性唇腭裂的影响 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨鼻-牙槽塑形矫治器术前矫治对单侧完全性唇腭裂患儿的上唇及牙槽突裂隙宽度的影响。方法对56例非综合征性单侧完全性唇腭裂患者采用鼻-牙槽塑型矫治器(PNAM)进行新生儿术前矫治,测量患儿治疗前后上唇及牙槽突裂隙的宽度。结果患儿PNAM治疗后上唇及牙槽突裂宽度明显缩小,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义。结论PNAM新生儿术前矫治能显著减小单侧完全性唇腭裂患儿的上唇及牙槽突裂隙宽度,为Ⅰ期手术创造了良好的条件,是唇腭裂序列治疗的重要组成部分。
