摘要 随着文中-文东油田二三类储层的开发,结蜡井逐年增多,结蜡导致抽油机电流升高、油管内通道堵塞,需频繁的热洗清蜡或加药才能保证油井正常生产,结蜡严重的导致井卡需检泵复产。为提高结蜡油井开发效益,我们引进自旋转刮蜡扶正装置解决了结蜡油井生产难的问题。2013年在文中-文东油田应用了18口井,热洗清蜡周期延长50天,平均延长检泵周期76天,泵效提高4.2%,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,具有较高的推广应用价值。 with the second and third class reservoir in wenzhong-wendong oil field developed,more and more paraffin-troubled wells occur year by year.Paraffin deposition leads to the increase of pumping unit current and tubing jam.Thermal washing and paraffin removal or adding chemical operation have to be performed frequently to maintain normal production.Serious paraffin deposition will stick the sucker rod,which can be solved by pump maintenance only.In order to improve economic performance of oilfield development,self-rotation paraffin scraping centralizer was introduced,which solves the problem of paraffin-troubled well operations.In 2013,18 applications on site show 50 days prolonged for thermal washing and paraffin removal operation,76 days prolonged for pump maintenance and 4.2% pump efficiency increased,achieving a better economic and society efficiency with broad prospects.
