阿尔油田含酸化返排液原油脱水技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 酸化解堵是油田增产的有效措施之一,随着开发技术的发展,近些年阿尔油田会逐步采用酸化压裂方式来增产增效,为减小酸化压裂对原油脱水的影响,提高化学脱水效率,降低运行费用,本文通过对阿尔油田含酸返排液原油脱水的技术研究,分析含酸压裂返排液影响原油正常脱水效果因素,制定酸化压裂返排液原油的脱水效果治理措施,确保原油脱水的正常运行。 Acidification and deplugging are one of the effective measures during the oilfield production.With the development of the technique,A'Er oil field will gradually use acid fracturing to increase production and efficiency in recent years.To reduce the impact of crude oil dehydration from acid fracturing,improve the efficiency of chemical dehydration and lower operating costs,the paper analyzes factors that acid fracturing of flowback fluid influence crude normal dehydration and formulates control measures on crude oil dehydration effect of acid fracturing of flowback fluid to ensure normal operation of crude oil dehydration by study on crude oil dehydration technology of acid of flowback in A'Er oil field.
