手足口病患儿分层护理的临床研究

Clinical research of hierarchy nursing of hand-foot-mouth disease

目的探讨分层护理方法在手足口病患者中的干预效果。方法回顾分析医院收治的手足口病患儿的护理模式与持续改进方案。结果分层护理方法提高了重症、危重症手足口病患儿的早期发现率,降低了病死率。结论对患儿进行分层管理和确定相应的护理措施有利于早期确认重症(危重症)手足口病患儿,提高治愈率。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention of hierarchy nursing in hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）.Methods Nursing intervention and continuous improvement programs of HFMD in patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results Hierarchy nursing could improve the early detection rate of severe HFMD patients and reduce mortality.Conclusion Hierarchical management and appropriate nursing measures are conducive to confirm early severe （critical severe）HFMD children and improve the cure rate.
