Investigation of psychological health condition in patients with malignant hemopathy

目的探讨恶性血液病患者心理健康状况的影响因素。方法对64例恶性血液病患者进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查。结果恶性血液病患者在性别、年龄、文化程度、住院时间等各项因子上有所差异。结论多种因素影响着恶性血液病患者的心理状况,在临床工作中要重视患者的心理健康,给予适当的护理干预。

Objective To investigate the affected factors of psychological health condition in patients with malignant hemopathy.Methods 64 patients with malignant hemopathy were investigated by SCL-90.Results The difference was significant in gender,age,level of education and hospitalization time.Conclusion Many factors influence the psychological health condition in malignant hemopathy patients,so more attention and intervention measures should be paid to the mental health of patients.
