临床护理路径在促进鼻内镜手术患者术后康复中的研究

Research on clinical nursing pathway in promoting postoperative rehabilitation of patients with nasal endoscopic surgery

目的探讨临床护理路径在促进鼻内镜手术患者术后康复中的临床效果及价值。方法将本院行鼻内窥镜手术的116例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者随机分成观察组与对照组各58例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施临床护理路径,比较2组患者住院时间、住院费用、健康知识知晓情况及护理满意度。结果观察组平均住院时间、住院费用均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);健康知识知晓率、治疗依从率、护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在促进鼻内镜手术患者术后康复中可有效提高患者健康知识知晓率及治疗依从率,从而提高护理满意度,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,促进术后康复。

Objective To explore effect of postoperative rehabilitation and application value of clinical nursing pathway in promoting postoperative rehabilitation of patients with nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods 116 chronic rhinosinusitis patients with nasal endoscopic surgery were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway,and hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses,health knowledge and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared. Result Hospitalization time and hospitalization cost in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Health knowledge and treatment compliance rate and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can enhance health knowledge and treatment compliance of patients,improve nursing satisfaction,shorten hospitalization time,reduce hospitalization costs and promote postoperative recovery.
