摘要
近期研究发现,microRNA在许多病理生理学过程中起关键作用。其病理生理学过程包括病理性血管新生、氧化应激反应、免疫反应和炎症反应等,它们在年龄相关性黄斑变性的病理发展过程中有重要的作用。MicroRNA对这些过程有调控作用,并有可能成为治疗黄斑变性的新的靶点。本文将就目前已知的或可能与年龄相关性黄斑变性有关的microRNA进行综述。
Recent studies have found that microRNA plays a key role in many pathophysiological processes. These pathological physiological processes include pathological angiogenesis,oxidative stress, immune and inflammatory reactions. All of these factors are also important in the pathological process of age-related macular degeneration. MicroRNA has the regulative effects on these processes, and may be as the new target for age-related macular degeneration. This review focuses on the microRNA that has been proved to participate in the process of age-related macular degeneration.
