To the editor： We present a patient with a diagnosis f tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplastica （TO）, tracheobronchial amyloidosis （TA）, and small cell lung cancer （SCLC） to reflects the importance of the clinical and radiological findings, especially pathological features, when this kind of disease is in the differential diagnosis.
