冠心病患者血MMP-9、 NT-proBNP、 hs-CRP水平变化及意义分析

目的：探讨冠心病患者血MMP-9、 NT-proBNP、 hs-CRP水平变化情况，并分析其临床意义。方法选择我院于2011年12月至2013年10月接诊的102例冠心病患者的临床病例资料，包括AMI （急性心肌梗死）31例， UAP （不稳定心绞痛）42例， SAP （稳定性心绞痛）29例，并选择来我院的33例健康体检者作为对照组，探讨冠心病患者血MMP-9、 NT-proBNP、 hs-CRP水平变化及意义。结果 AMI组和UAP组患者的血清MMP-9、 NT-proBNP、 hs-CRP水平均明显高于SAP组和对照组患者的血清水平（ P＜0.05）， AMI组患者的血清MMP-9、 NT-proBNP、 hs-CRP水平均明显高于UAP组患者的血清水平（P＜0.05），而且，随着冠脉病变支数的增加，患者的血清MMP-9、 NT-proBNP、 hs-CRP水平也不断增加，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论血清MMP-9、 NT-proBNP、 hs-CRP水平与冠心病患者的病情严重程度密切相关，可能在一定程度上预示着冠心病患者的病情严重程度，具有十分重要的临床意义，值得临床参考。

Objective To investigate the change of MMP-9, NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels in patients with coronary heart disease and its clinical significance .Methods A total of 102 pa-tients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from December 2011 to October 2013 were included.There were 31 cases of acute myocardial infarction （ AMI） , 42 cases of unsta-ble angina （ UAP） and 29 cases of stable angina （ SAP） .Thirty-three healthy people were selected as the control group.The levels of MMP-9, NT-proBNP and hs-CRP were detected in patients with coronary heart disease and healthy subjects.Results The serum MMP-9 , NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels were significantly higher in AMI and UAP groups than in SAP group and control group （ P〈0.05 ）; the serum MMP-9, NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels in AMI group were significantly higher than in UAP group （ P〈0.05）; the serum MMP-9, NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels were in-creased with the increase of the number of coronary lesions , and the difference was statistically sig-nificant （ P 〈0.05 ） .Conclusion Serum MMP-9 , NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels in patients with coronary heart disease are closely related to the severity of coronary artery disease , indicating the severity of coronary lesions.They are of clinical significance and of reference value for physi-cians.
