摘要 自噬是指双层膜包裹细胞内细胞器、蛋白质等物质形成自噬体,并与内体形成自噬内体,最终与溶酶体融合形成自噬溶酶体,降解其所包裹内容物,以实现细胞稳态的过程。多种激酶、磷酸酶、鸟苷三磷酸酶( GTP酶)参与了自噬的形成过程。近年研究发现Rab GTPases家族中的许多分子在自噬形成过程中发挥中重要作用。 Autophagy is an evolutionarily conserved process in which cytoplasmic contents ( in-cluding organelles and proteins ) are engulfed by a doublemembrane autophagosome , which eventually has its content degraded at lysosome.The main role of autophagy is to maintain intracellular homeostasis.Various kinases , phosphatases , and guanosine triphosphatases ( GTPases ) take part in the autophagy.Recently , it was found that many molecules of Rab GTPase family play a pivotal role in the process of autophagy.
