非酒精性脂肪肝与心血管疾病之间关系 被引量:4

Relationship between Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease and Cardiovas-cular Disease

摘要 非酒精性脂肪肝是包含单纯性脂肪变性、脂肪性肝炎、脂肪性肝纤维化及肝硬化在内的一系列慢性进展性肝病谱。随着久坐生活方式及西方饮食模式的普及,非酒精性脂肪肝的患病率大幅提高,已成为我国最常见的慢性肝病之一。近年来,有许多的临床及流行病学研究对非酒精性脂肪肝与心血管疾病的关联性进行了研究。越来越多的研究表明非酒精性脂肪肝参与到心血管疾病的发生发展中。本文就非酒精性脂肪肝及心血管疾病之间关系的研究进展进行综述。 Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease ( NAFLD) is a spectrum of progressive liver disease that encompasses simple steatosis , nonalcoholic steatohepatitis , fibrosis and cirrhosis.As sedentary lifestyle and western dietary pattern have become increasingly popular , the prevalence of NAFLD has increased dramatically and become a common chronic liver disease in China.In recent years, many clinical and epidemiological studies focus on the link between NAFLD and cardiovascular disease ( CVD) .A growing number of studies demonstrate that NAFLD takes part in the development and progression of CVD.The aim of this article was to review advances in the studies on the relationship between NAFLD and CAD.
