摘要 研究了磁场条件下不同组织45钢的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,无论是退火45钢还是淬火45钢,在一定磁场范围内都能使摩擦系数减少,磨损率降低。退火45钢受磁场影响较大,而淬火45钢受磁场影响较小。二者磨损机制均为无磁场时主要为磨粒磨损,有磁场时主要为粘着磨损。 The friction and wear properties of 45 steel with different microstructures under magnetic field were investigated. The results show that the friction coefficient and wear rate of both annealed and quenched 45 steels decrease under a certain magnetic field. The effect of magnetic field on the annealed steel is obvious while the effect on the quenched steel is weak. The wear mechanisms of the steels are primarily adhesive wear and abrasive wear with and without magnetic field, respectively.
