摘要
研究了汽车耐候钢09CuPCrNiA在CO2大气环境中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,耐候钢在腐蚀初期的质量增加较快,但在腐蚀约240 h后的质量增加明显减慢。腐蚀240 h和720 h后的腐蚀产物相同,均由α-Fe、Fe(OH)2、α-FeOOH和γ-FeOOH组成。
The corrosion behavior of the weathering steel 09CuPCrNiA used for automobile in the atmospheric environment of CO2was investigated. The results show that the weight gain of the weathering steel is fast at the beginning of corrosion, but the weight gain starts to slow down significantly after corrosion of 240 h. And the corrosion products of the weathering steel corroded for 240 h are the same with that for 720 h, which are both made of α-Fe, Fe(OH)2, α-FeOOH andγ-FeOOH.
