摘要
通过调整奥氏体化温度和保温时间、等温温度和等温时间等工艺参数,研究了等温淬火工艺对高碳钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,高碳钢适宜的等温淬火工艺为900℃×30 min奥氏体化+盐浴300℃×40 min。
The effect of isothermal quenching process parameters on microstructure and properties of high carbon steel were studied by changing the austenitizing temperature and holding time, the isothermal temperature and time and other process parameters. The results show that the suitable isothermal quenching process for high carbon steel are austenitizing at 900 ℃ for 30 min and salt bath at 300 ℃ for 40 min.
