摘要 采用电渣熔铸技术制备了WC/Cr12Mo1V1钢基复合材料,并对其显微结构、硬度和摩擦磨损特性进行了研究。结果表明,WC颗粒分布较为均匀,部分溶解于钢基体中。冷却后析出Fe3W3C复式碳化物,提高了相界面结合强度和材料的强韧性。而且轧辊外部的硬度和耐磨性均高于芯部,满足轧辊性能要求。 The steel matrix composites WC/Cr12Mo1V1 was prepared by electroslag melting and casting, and the microstructures, hardness and wear were characterized. The results show that the distribution of WC particles is uniform and the part of the particles is dissolved into the molten steel. Fe3W3C carbides precipitate from the steel matrix after cooling, which enhance the interface bonding intensity and the strength and toughness of composite material drastically. The hardness and wear resistance of the external roller are higher than that of the core, which meets the requirements for roller.
