摘要
研究了VN和VFe微合金化对热轧带肋钢筋HRB400的显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,与VFe微合金化钢相比,VN微合金化钢中的V元素对晶粒的细化效果更明显。相同力学性能条件下,与VFe微合金化钢相比,VN微合金化钢的生产稳定性更高,并且同样屈服强度下可节约V含量38%左右。经过V微合金化后的热轧带肋钢筋都具有良好的抗时效能力。
The effect of micro-alloying on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the hot rolled ribbed bar HRB400 was investigated by adding VN and VFe into the steel. The results show that the refining effect of V element on the grain is obvious in the steel alloyed by VN, compared with the steel alloyed by VFe. At the condition of same mechanical properties, the production stability of the steel alloyed by VN is better than the steel alloyed by VFe, and the V content of the former decreases by approximate 38% under the same yield strength. The hot rolled ribbed bar presents a good aging resistance after micro-alloying by V element.
