摘要
采用铸锭冶金法制备了Al-Cu铸造合金,运用计算机模拟的方法研究了合金成分、浇注温度与冷却强度等工艺参数对凝固组织的影响。研究结果表明,凝固组织的实验结果与计算机模拟结果可以较好的吻合,通过建立成分、浇注工艺参数、微观组织与材料性能之间的对应关系,可以实现Al-Cu合金铸造工艺的在线精确控制。
Al-Cu casting alloy were prepared by ingot metallurgy method, the effect o f alloy composition, pouring temperature and the cooling intensity and other parameters on the solidification structure were studied by computer simulation. The results show that the experiment results are good agreement with the computer simulation results. Through building the correspondence of alloy composition, pouring process parameters, microstructure and materials properties, the accuracy control of Al-Cu alloy casting process in line can be realized.
