摘要
我国铸造业在蓬勃发展,但铸造企业员工的流失率却一直居高不下,影响了铸造企业的生产和经济效益。本文在剖析我国铸造企业所面临的困难及企业激励机制不足现状的基础上,通过对铸造企业员工差别化激励、薪酬激励、职业规划、职业安全和健康、企业文化引导等多种激励手段的研究,旨在探讨如何建立起一套适合我国铸造企业员工的激励机制。
Enter twenty-first Century, casting industry is booming in China, but the staff turnover rate in casting enterprise has been high, which greatly affects casting production and economic benefits. Based on the analysis of the plight of enterprises and the lack of incentive mechanism of casting enterprises in China, through the studies of motivation,differential incentive salary to casting enterprise employees, career planning, career safety and health guidance, enterprise culture and other incentives, the method how to establish a set of excitation mechanism which is suitable for casting enterprise employees in China was explored.
