摘要
以镁合金低压铸造工艺为研究对象,设计了双工位连续铸造结构,并提出了升液管液面悬浮控制技术,利用模糊PID控制器实现了液面加压的高精度控制。
Taking low-pressure casting process for magnesium alloy as research object, the double continuous casting structure was designed, in which the lift tube suspension control technology was put forward. The high precision control of the surface pressure was realized using the fuzzy PID controller.
