摘要
从连续铸造工艺的集散控制系统出发,利用DCS控制思想对连铸机的工控计算机、PLC等主要控制模块进行集散控制,从而达到优化铸造生产工艺,降低能源损耗,达到良好铸造生产的目标。
From the distributed control system in continuous casting process, making full use of DCS control theory,industrial computer, PLC and other major control modules of continuous casting machine were controlled, so as to optimize the casting production process, reduce energy consumption, achieve good casting production targets.
