摘要
介绍了余热淬火低合金马氏体球墨铸铁磨球(DMQ)的生产工艺过程,以及生产过程中工艺参数的调整和控制。经生产实践统计数据表明:该DMQ球与选厂过去使用的中锰球相比,使用寿命提高了3倍,为外购贝氏体锻钢磨球寿命的2倍。采用该技术生产DMQ耐湿磨磨球,工艺简便,设备投资少,见效快,不需添加更多的贵重合金元素就可有效改善铸球力学性能、抗磨耐蚀性能且破碎率低。
This paper mainly introduced the process and the production preparation of low alloy martensitic ductile cast iron grinding ball, as well as the adjustment and control of process parameters in production process. The statistical data of production practice show that: the service life of the DMQ ball is increased by 3 times compared with medium manganese ductile cast iron grinding ball used in the past plant, 2 times life for bainite forged steel grinding ball of the outsourcing.DMQ using this technology to produce moisture grinding balls, simple process, less investment in equipment, quick effect,without adding more expensive alloying elements can be effective in improving the mechanical properties, wear and corrosion resistance of cast ball and It ’s broken rate is relatively low.
