摘要
针对270W型船用球铁活塞裙毛坯的结构特点,采用了底注式浇注系统加上厚大部位放置发热保温冒口的铸造工艺方案,并利用MAGMASOFT数值模拟软件对该铸造工艺进行了分析和优化。结果表明,优化的底注式浇注系统充型平稳,能够有效避免活塞裙铸件形成缩松、缩孔缺陷,同时利于排气、集渣,消除了铸件表面缺陷。该工艺条件下铸件出品率为68%,铸件质量稳定,达到质量要求。
According to the structure characteristics of the 270W nodular iron piston castings, the bottom gating system was selected in the piston’s casting process, and the process was analyzed and optimized by numerical simulation software MAGMASOFT. The results show that the optimized bottom gating brings about a stable mold filling process, and can avoid piston forming porosity defects and is benefit for venting, slag trapping and getting rid of surface defects. This casting process is suitable for mass production of nodular iron piston castings.
