汽轮机密封体的铸造工艺设计

摘要 介绍汽轮机密封体铸造工艺设计过程,通过对密封体的结构分析,对造型工艺、砂芯、冷铁、冒口以及浇注系统进行设计;使用铸造模拟软件JScast对铸件的浇注凝固过程进行模拟,对凝固过程缩松缩孔缺陷出现的可能性进行了分析,分析结果显示工艺设计恰当;经过对合金熔炼、浇注的控制,并对铸件进行热处理后,对铸件质量进行了检验,检验结果证明,密封体铸件外观质量及内部质量均合格,产品开发成功。 Turbine seal shell body casting process design are introduced. Through analyzing the structure of the seal shell body, the casting molding process, sand core, riser and gating system were designed. The simulation software JScast was used to simulate the process of casting solidification, and analyze the possibility of shrinkage defect in solidification process. The analysis results show that the process design is appropriate. After alloy smelting and pouring and heat treatment, the casting quality was inspected. The results prove that the appearance quality and internal quality of the seal shell body are all qualified.
