摘要
以汽轮机冷却叶片材料为研究对象,结合计算机模拟技术,分析了不同铸造工艺下的晶粒细化情况和断漏芯率。结果表明,方案5的浇注系统和工艺参数的匹配度是5种方案中最好的,可作为最终的浇注工艺。
Taking the steam turbine cooling blade material as research object, combined with computer simulation technology, the states of grain refinement and broken core leakage rate in the different casting process were analyzed. The results show that the best matching scheme of gating system and process parameters is scheme 5 in the five kinds of schemes, and can be used as the final casting process.
