摘要
为满足某钢厂改造需求,进行了薄层钢包长寿命实践。结果表明,钢包永久层减薄后,钢包容量增加,通过调整钢包材质、砌筑工艺等,钢包寿命大为提高,由改造前的75次左右提高到135次以上,满足了扩容需求,且减薄钢包钢壳平均温度为281℃左右,并未增加。
In order to meet the production requirment in a certain steel plant, the practice of longevity ladle with thin layer was carried out. The results show that the ladle capacity increases after thinning the ladle permanent layer, and by adjusting the ladle material, laying process and so on, the ladle life is greatly improved from 75 times to more than 135 times, which meet the expansion requirements. The average temperature of the thin ladle shell is about 281℃.
