CaN/NFAT信号途径对诱导性CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+调节性T细胞的影响

摘要 钙调神经磷酸酶依赖的活化T细胞核因子信号( calcineurin/nuclear factor of activated T-cells, CaN/NFAT signaling )是免疫系统中重要的免疫调节信号,通过对Foxp3+iTreg、生长因子、细胞因子及细胞间相互作用的影响,广泛发挥免疫调节作用,对T细胞耐受的诱导和维持具有重要的作用。其异常可以导致外周免疫耐受缺失,引起多种免疫相关性疾病,本文就这方面的研究进展作一综述。
