在浙江这片土地上，婺州窑的祖先早在一万多年前的上山文化中就开始制陶，商周时期烧制了原始瓷，到东汉时期在原始瓷的基础上创烧成功成熟的瓷器。婺州窑是青瓷的发祥地之一，在婺州窑漫长的发展史中，虽历经朝代更替，但婺州窑的陶瓷制作技艺绵延不绝，历代窑工在继承优良传统基础上，不断改进陶瓷制作技艺，创造出了匠心独具、风格独特、技法鲜明、款式众多的婺州窑陶瓷。

Ceramics came into being in Zhejiang at the time of Shangshan Culture in Wuzhou Kiln over 10 thousand years ago.Our ancestors sintered proto-porcelain in the Shang and Zhou Dynasties,and sintered mature ceramic products based on that in the Eastern Han Dynasty.As one of the birthplaces of celadon,Wuzhou Kiln,during its long development process,has carried forward its technology of making ceramics despite the change of dynasties.Generations of kiln workers have kept improving the technology of making ceramics based on excellent traditions,and finally created the unique and original Wuzhou Kiln ceramics with distinctive technology and a variety of models.Wuzhou Kiln ceramics displays not only leading artistic standards,but also national spirit.It is the gem of China's ceramic art and an excellent representative of Wu Culture.Wuzhou Kiln has over two thousand years' sintering history.
