糖尿病视网膜病变造影诊断与激光治疗的临床应用

目的 探讨糖尿病视网膜病变造影诊断与激光治疗的临床应用,期望研究出更好的诊断及治疗方案来提高治愈率。方法 选取2011年4月~2013年4月襄阳市谷城县人民医院收治的遵医嘱进行荧光素眼底血管造影诊断的糖尿病视网膜病变患者75例,根据造影结果对患者进行糖尿病视网膜病变分级。根据分级结果及临床症状,并结合患者意愿。将患者分为激光组（n=44）,行激光治疗;内科治疗组（n=31）,行常规内科治疗。结果荧光素眼底造影能够准确分级糖尿病视网膜病变,激光治疗组患者治疗有效率明显高于内科治疗组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 糖尿病视网膜病变的造影诊断分期准确,激光治疗能有效恢复患者受损视力,减轻患者负担,提高生存质量。

Objective To investigate angiography in the diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy and the clinical application of laser therapy, expectations developed better diagnostic and therapeutic solutions to improve the cure rate.Methods A hospital doctor funds lfuoresce in angiography for the diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy 75, according to the results of angiography in patients with diabetic retinopathy grading. According to classiifcation results and clinical symptoms, combined with the wishes of patients, patients were divided into the laser group of 44 patients underwent laser therapy; medical treatment group of 31 patients underwent conventional medical treatment.Results Funds fluoresce in angiography can accurately grading diabetic retinopathy, laser treatment group patients was signiifcantly higher than medical therapy group （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Angiography in the diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy accurate staging, laser therapy is effective in patients with impaired eyesight recovery,reduce the burden on patients,improving quality of life.
