摘要
目的探讨发酵虫草菌粉治疗对促甲状腺素抗体(thyroid stimulating hormone receptor antibody,TRAb)阳性Graves病(graves disease,GD)患者TRAb水平的影响,以了解其在GD治疗中的治疗价值。方法选择广东省东莞市虎门医院门诊TRAb阳性的GD患者58例,随机分为对照组(n=28)和实验组(n=30)。对照组使用他巴唑治疗,实验组使用他巴唑联合发酵虫草菌粉治疗,他巴唑片起始量为10mgTid,之后每月根据甲状腺激素水平调整用量;发酵从草菌粉(金水宝胶囊)3粒Tid。检查治疗前和治疗后3、6、12、18个月时,2组患者的甲状腺激素、促甲状腺激素(thyroid-stimulating hormone,TSH)和TRAb水平。比较2组TRAb水平。结果对照组患者治疗前和治疗后3、6、12、18个月TRAb水平(IU/L):(28.05±4.32)、(27.96±4.36)、(22.72±3.90)、(12.26±1.21)、(8.52±1.06)。实验组患者治疗前和治疗后3、6、12、18个月TRAb水平(IU/L):(28.38±4.18)、(26.29±3.89)、(21.03±3.76)、(10.76±0.96)、(5.21±0.97)。2组对比12、18个月后TRAb水平,实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论发酵虫草菌粉可明显降低GD患者TRAb的水平,降低患者的复发率。
Objective To study the effect of Rermented Cordyceps Powder on TRAb in patients with Graves Disease(GD),in order to discover the value of it to treat GD.Methods Chose 58 TRAb positive GD patients. Randomly assigned 28 patients to control group and 30 patients to therapy group. Patients in the control group take Methimazole 10mg Tid only. Patients in the therapy group take Methimazole 10mg Tid as well as Fermented Cordyceps Powder Capsule 3 Capsules Tid. Measured the patients&#39; serum thyroid hormone levels and serum thyrotropin levels and serum thyroid stimulating hormone receptor antibody(TRAb)levels,then compare these data with each other groups.Results The control group patients&#39; serum TRAb levels(IU/L), measured before treatments and after treatments 3 months、6 months、12 months、18 months were: (28.05±4.32)、(27.96±4.36)、(22.72±3.90)、(12.26±1.21)、(8.52±1.06). The theraphy group patients'serum TRAb levels(IU/L), measured before treatments and after treatments 3 months、6 months、12 months、18 months were: (28.38±4.18)、(26.29±3.89)、(21.03±3.76)、(10.76±0.96)、(5.21±0.97). Compare with each other groups, after treatments 12、18months,serum TRAb levels were obviously lower in theraphy group than in control group (P&lt;0.05).Conclusion Rermented Cordyceps Powder can reduce serum TRAb levels in GD patients, so reduce the relapse rate of GD.
