经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断卵巢纤维瘤的探讨 被引量：3

摘要 目的 探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声（TVS）诊断卵巢纤维瘤特征,为临床诊断提供依据.方法 选取2008年5月至2011年12月卵巢纤维瘤病变患者15例,与病理结果对照并对超声诊断特征进行分析.结果 15例患者卵巢包块术后病理分类包括：囊腺纤维瘤1例、卵泡膜纤维瘤11例、单纯纤维瘤3例.误诊为浆膜下肌瘤1例,误诊为恶性肿瘤1例,与病理检查结果比较差异无统计学意义（x2 =1.32,P＞0.05）.结论 TVS对于卵巢纤维瘤的鉴别诊断具有较高的准确率,提高对该病声像图特点的认识,对于初步定性诊断卵巢纤维瘤具有较高的临床价值.
