当归芍药散在慢性肾脏病中的应用概况

Review on clinical application of Dangguishaoyao Powder in Chronic Kidney Disease

回顾近年来的文献资料,对当归芍药散在慢性肾脏病中的临床应用加以总结,认为其虽为妇科名方,但在慢性肾脏病领域亦有较为广泛的应用,综合众多医家的论述,当归芍药散对慢性肾小球肾炎、慢性肾功能衰竭、肾病综合征、糖尿病肾病的治疗均能取得一定的疗效。然而,法随证立,方从法出,对以上疾病证属肝脾不调、血虚血瘀、水湿内停时,使用当归芍药散以行调肝缓急、养血活血、健脾行气、利水渗湿之法方能取效。目前,对当归芍药散的临床研究仍然有一些不足,需要进行大样本量、长期观察的随机双盲对照试验和对其证候的内在机理、演变规律的探讨。

By means of reviewing the litrature and summerizing the clinical application of Dangguishaoyao Powder in the litrature,Dangguishaoyao Powder can not only heal gynecopathia,but also treat many types of Chronical Kidney Diseases. On the base of experience of many experts,we can conclude that it is able to treat chronic glomerulonephritis,nephrotic syndrome,chronic renal failure and diabetic nephropathy. However,the therapy is aimed at the syndrome while prescription come from the therapy,which is the principle of Traditional Chinese Medicine. From this principle,we can point out that when the the syndrome is hepatosplenic disorder,blood deficiency,blood stasis and pathogenic water retention and thus the therapy is soothing the liver,tonifying spleen,remove dampness through diuresis,nourishing the blood and invigorate the circulation of it,using Dangguishaoyao Powder can get good curative effection. At present,there is still some defect in the clinical research of Dangguishaoyao Powder,it is necessary that more randomized double-blind controlled trials with large sample size and longterm observation and more research on the mechanism and law of dynamic change of the syndrome.
