目的介绍梅州市提高药品靶向抽验命中率的工作经验,为药品监督抽样工作提供参考。方法对近年来梅州市的药品抽样工作进行总结分析,从组织管理、抽检结合、专业培训、信息资源、方案设计等方面进行梳理。结果梅州市的抽样方法收到了较好的效果,连续7年抽样靶向命中率居全省地级市首位。结论良好的组织管理;抽查与检验相结合的方式;周密适当的业务培训;可靠的信息资源;科学的抽样方案和药检人强烈的责任感及细致的工作态度,是提高假劣药品抽验靶向命中率的有效方法。

Objective To introduce the experience on improving the target hit rate in drug testing in Meizhou City and provide technical support for drug sampling. Methods The experience and practice of drug spot check in recent years in Meizhou was summarized and analyzed, the practical work was elaborated in respect to organization and management, spot check and combination check, professional training, information resources and protocol designing. Results The spotcheck method achieved a good effect in Meizhou, with a toprank target hit rate among all prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province for seven consecutive years. Conclusion Effective ways to improve the target hit rate in testing for counterfeit and inferior medicines include good organization and management, the combination of spot check and inspection, a focus on thorough on-job training, reliable information, scientific spot-check planning, and a strong sense of responsibility with a meticulous work attitude.
